On November 14 BLC welcomed back Rev. Gregory Brown to lead us in worship

for our Anniversary Service. Pastor Greg served as Associate Pastor at BLC from 2013-2016. He received his undergraduate degree in music from Lander University, Greenwood, SC and his Master of Divinity from Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary, Columbia, SC. He is serving as pastor at St. David Lutheran Church in West Columbia, SC. Pastor Greg was joined by his wife, Leah, and children Jackson, Reagan, and Tucker.

Dr. Catherine Rodland returnedt o offer the prelude and postlude for our Anniversary Service.Dr. Rodland served as our organist and choir director from 1990-1992. She is a graduate of St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN and received both her Master of Music and Doctor of Musical Arts degrees from the Eastman School of Music. She currently is Artist in Residence and teaches organ at St. Olaf. Dr. Rodland is the recipient of numerous prizes and awards and performs at concerts throughout the United States and Canada.
