BLC Facility Request

Thank you for your interest in using BLC facilities for your upcoming activity or event!

This form is intended for external groups that would like to use BLC facilities. If this is a BLC event, please use the Announcements and Events form found here and not the form below. 

To help us schedule and plan for our increased facility use requests, we now require this form for each planned meeting, event and activity at BLC. Please complete the form so that we can check for availability, reserve the space, and plan accordingly.  If you do not hear back within 3 business days, please call the church office to check on the status of your request.
