On the 2nd Sunday of every month, BLC serves meals to approximately 70 elderly and needy individuals and families in our Fairport community. Other local churches provide meals on the remaining Sundays. It takes a dedicated team of many volunteers each month to prepare, package, deliver meals, and clean up. Opportunities to serve include: Meal prep, packaging, delivery and clean-up. Contact the church office to be connected with the coordinators to volunteer in this ministry!

After worship this morning, share in a brunch in the Fellowship Hall to celebrate and thank all of YOU, our volunteers, who are the heart of our ministry! This brunch will be hosted by BLC staff for anyone & everyone who has ever shared time and talent with BLC or would like to learn how to get involved.

Tuesdays from 11am-12:30pm… Pastor Hoffman will facilitate this time of sharing and conversation open to those who have experienced loss. There is no specific agenda other than connecting with others who are walking a similar road. The group will gather bi-weekly and you are welcome to come as often as is helpful to you. Questions? If you are caregiving for a loved one (elderly parent, spouse, relative or anyone dear to you), feel free to join us! We meet biweekly on Tuesdays from 2 – 3:30 pm. The participants share with and learn from each other; this is not a lecture or class!  Questions? Contact Pastor Hoffman.

We’ll gather on Tuesday, February 11 for reflection and conversation. No advance preparation is needed. We’ll view a short video together and then have time for conversation and sharing. This Women’s Fellowship meetings will take place in the hybrid conference room for both in-person or Zoom connection.
