On Sunday, February 2 following worship, the BLC Council will host a presentation on Adaptive Leadership in churches by Pastor Hoffman. All are welcome to join this presentation to give us the opportunity to develop some common language and strategies for approaching challenges in churches (and other organizations) today! No matter what kind of work or volunteer leadership you provide, at BLC or beyond our walls, this presentation will provide valuable knowledge.
