On November 21, Rev. David Nevergall returned to BLC as our guest pastor. Pastor Nevergall and his family are former members of Bethlehem. After feeling the call to enter the ministry, he changed careers and began his studies at Trinity Lutheran Seminary in Columbus, OH. Our congregation helped support him financially during his time in seminary. Pastor Nevergall returned to Bethlehem for his ordination in 1994. He is now the Senior Pastor at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Akron, OH. He returned with his wife, Karen, who served as our Financial Secretary in 1990.
