Garden of Gratitude

May 27, 2018

“I thank my God every time I remember you constantly praying with joy in every one of my prayers for all of you…” Philippians 1:1

Throughout the month of May we have invited you to plant a garden of gratitude at BLC through offering thanks and appreciation for the individuals in this community of faith and the countless ways YOU contribute to our common life through your offerings of time and treasure.  Please continue to post public notes of thanks on the new bulletin board outside the office (at the top of the ramp)!

You are also encouraged to write private notes to individuals and/or groups that have impacted you personally, or you have noticed contributing to our life together.  Maybe you are grateful for a teacher who took extra time with your child or a Barnabas Minister who reached out to you.  Maybe you appreciated the musical offerings of one of our choirs or are grateful for the nursery attendant who watched your infant during worship.  Our garden of gratitude will one place to recognize this!  Please share your words of thanks and express your appreciation… and take a moment to stop by to read the words planted in the garden!
