BLC Hosts Virtual Holy Yoga

Holy Yoga embraces the essential elements of yoga: breath work, meditation, and physical postures, all of which have benefits for our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. In all of these elements, Christ is the focus of our intention and worship. Have you ever wondered about doing Holy Yoga?

These uncertain times have allowed for a unique participation option for you to experience a class with Jennifer Edwards! The sessions are broken into 15 to 20 minutes sections due to some technology challenges. We know that it’s an inconvenience to have to click on another video, but this is the best available option right now. So, the silver lining is that you can mix which warm-ups, arm strengthening, leg strengthening, core, cool-down and closings you want. It’s a-la-carte!
